Teaching material cost
- Textbook
The textbooks are purchased at students´ expense. When the students prefer to have them copied, we charge them a photocopying fee.
- Photocopying materials
We charge the students in the courses preparing for tests the cost for photocopying materials each time, due to our expense in making a lot of copies of various materials.
Related conditions
- Payment
Students may choose to pay fees with cash or by bank transfer. In all cases, a statement will be prepared for the student. Monies paid cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a course of lessons cannot be completed and lesson pre-payments are outstanding, the credit amount will be valid for a period of up to three months. If a student is unable to take lessons during this period, the outstanding monies will be forfeited.
- Cancellations
If notice of a lesson cancellation is received by 18:00 of the working day prior to the lesson, there will be no cancellation charge. If a cancellation notice is received later than this, the full lesson charge will be levied.
- Course break or stop
a) Please give two weeks notice when you wish to to cancel a course of lessons. If your notification of cancellation is received within two weeks of the proposed termination date, a charge will be due equivalent to two weeks' fees. b) For extended course breaks (over one month absence) with no specified restart date, your lessons may continue for two weeks from the time of the request for the lesson break or, alternatively, two weeks' lessons fees will be charged. c) For extended course breaks with a specified restart date, there is no additional charge. However, if you are unable to restart your course on the specified date, a charge of two weeks' lessons fees will be raised. d) Except within the terms of b) and c) above where a course of lessons is restarted on a specified date, a course cancellation or extended absence will terminate our contract. In this case, please reapply to us if you wish to restart lessons. Registraion fees will not be charged on reapplication but it may not be possible to provide you with the same instructor or schedule.
